Welcome to BazarNearMe.com ! As a seller on our platform, we aim to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both sellers and customers. This policy outlines the guidelines and rules that sellers must adhere to in order to maintain a transparent, trustworthy, and efficient marketplace.

General Guidelines

• All sellers must provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including clear images and specifications.
• Sellers are responsible for maintaining their own stock levels and ensuring timely shipment of orders.
• Pricing of products should be competitive and transparent, with no hidden charges or fees.
• Communication with customers should be timely and professional. Any issues with orders must be resolved swiftly.
• Delivery Charges of Rs. 30 for nearby product orders and Rs 60 for other orders flat to each pincode if serviced by BazarNearMe on communication with the vendor.

Prohibited Products

Sellers must refrain from listing the following items:

• Illegal or prohibited products, such as weapons, drugs, and counterfeit goods.
• Hazardous items that violate local, state, or international laws.
• Items that promote violence, discrimination, or any form of harassment.

Vendor Responsibilities

Sellers are required to:

• Ensure timely delivery of products as per the shipping timelines provided by the vendor. BazarNearMe.com only connects the vendors and customers . Vendors are responsible to process the delivery of an order after communicating with his customer.
• Respond to customer queries within 24 hours to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Provide after-sales support for warranties, repairs, or product-related queries.
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to BazarNearMe.com immediately.
• Vendors themself comply with the taxes of their business on each sale .

Payment and Fees

• Currently we are providing our platform based on subscription model
• We don't accept any kind of cancellation once the amount has been paid for availing the services, Hence refunds are also not provided
• BazarNearMe.com may in future charges a commission on each successful sale, which will be outlined in the seller’s dashboard and will be updated
• Transaction fees may apply depending on the chosen payment gateway.
• The platform may display vendor's details so that customers can directly communicate with the vendor.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes between sellers and customers, BazarNearMe.com is not responsible but vendors should mediate to ensure a fair resolution. Sellers must cooperate and provide all relevant information during the resolution process.
