General Return Guidelines

Return Window:

As we connect customers with the nearby vendors, so returns can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product, depending on the vendor’s policy. Check the vendor’s product page for precise details.

For orders which are not from the nearby vendors we will make the shipment as quick as possible but with an extended period of 7-10 business days

Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. COD orders are verified via telephone or email before dispatching.

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain products, such as personal hygiene items, perishables, and custom-made items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We suggest checking vendors return policy .

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting the vendor or using the BazarNearMe platform. Please provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, to facilitate your request.

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the vendor’s policy. Typically, they are completed within 7-14 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit if requested.Please note that the convenience charge for Cash on Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable and won't be included in the refund.For in-store purchases, customers need to visit the store for returns/refunds/exchanges and must provide the bill/GST Bill.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on the product and the vendor’s policy. If an exchange isn’t possible, you may be offered a return and refund.
